How to book.

Please telephone first: To make sure the Caravan Is available for the Week(s) you wish to hire and to make a provisional booking over the phone. Telephone/Provisional bookings are held for one week only which should give you enough time to pay us your Deposit of £100 to secure your booking . You will receive your booking confirmation and receipt for the deposit via email as soon as the payment has been made.

Please email your details to us: Send us your details in an e-mail, include your full name and address and telephone number, include your mobile number as we may need to contact you at the last minute. Please state how many adults and children will be in your party.

Payment method: BACS Online Transfer. Please use the last name of the person making the booking as a reference on your payments.

Deposit: A deposit of £100.00 to secure your booking please.

Final Balance: The remainder of the balance to be paid In full please, Three Weeks prior to your arrival date.

Please Note: For first time customers there is a £100.00 per week Security Deposit on arrival (In Cash). This amount is to be refunded to you after inspection of the Caravan before your departure or via Bank Transfer to your account within one week after your departure subject to the property being left as found. Any breakage's, damage or excessive cleaning required will be notified to you and the cost deducted accordingly.

Arrivals & Departure Times: Saturday to Saturday, Visitors are requested to arrive No earlier than 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are requested to leave No later than 10.00am on the day of departure.

Terms & Conditions of Booking 2024

Bookings are confirmed when we received your deposit and have then notified you of the acceptance of your booking in writing (either by post or e-mail)

If we are unable to accept your booking the deposit will be returned.

In the event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit.

The balance is due three weeks prior to your arrival. When a late booking is made less than three weeks before arrival the full cost is payable when booking.

Cancellations or Refunds will not be accepted/made once full payment has been made or after the three week prior to arrival date.

All Guests will be asked to provide a small security deposit of £100.00 in cash when collecting the key to the Caravan, if good care has been taken of the Static Caravan and all its contents. The Security fee will be refunded to you after Inspection of the Static Caravan before your departure, excesive cleaning will also forfit your Security deposit.

Any damage and breakages are the responsibility of the guests and their costs are refundable.

If you wish to accommodate any other guests other than what’s been agreed, please obtain the prior consent of the proprietors.

Please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it; we aim to provide high quality accommodation. We regret no pets are allowed and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

The owners reserve the right to gain access to the property at any reasonable time if necessary and to terminate your accommodation agreement if it should cause excess nuisance to surrounding properties.

No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained during your holiday to the tenant or any member of the party, or invited person or any vehicle and its contents or any possession of the tenant or any member of the party.

Rental costs are inclusive of electricity and Gas. All house hold linen is provided for use in the caravan only. Please bring your own bathroom & beach towels.
